PROFESSION I WOULD LIKE TO CHOOSE:

As I am a business student and there are many professions that can be chosen by me, for example, Marketing, Finances, Human Resources management, operation management and many more. But, my aim after graduating is to go for Human Resources Management. This is the field that I always wanted to pursue because I love to know new people and discuss their problems, so that I can help them for the solution.

ROLE OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT:

Human Resource is a department that deals with various things. The role of an HR starts right from the planning about the employees that how many people are needed in the department to let the work go smoothly. The role of an HR is recruiting, selecting, training, development, compensation and benefits of an employee. Basically, HR’s work starts from the day an employee is in search until he/ she completes or leaves the job.

WHY AM I INTERESTED IN HUMAN RESORCE MANGEMENT?

  • I am interested in adapting this profession because it is field that is related to my study and it is a lot of communication skill in this, as I love to talk to people know about their knowledge and skills. And it is a very good way to more improve my skills of communicating with different people.
  • This is the job that I was always interested in because we get to improve a lot knowledge and many of the personal skills are improved.
  • As we all know HR is the department which is in all the organisation and it is the base of every firm. So, the jobs in this field is more and good to start as an entry level job.

EXPERIENCES RELATED TO HR MANAGEMENT:

  • I have studied the related subject in my graduation and have around 3 months Canadian experiences of recruiting people at entry level.
  • Now a days I am preparing for the applications and interview of the job of HR.
  • I have basic experiences of Scanning the resume, pre-screening.

SKILLS FOR THE JOB:

For every job it is necessary to have some skills and knowledge about the profession you are going to take in your future. I have the skill to talk to people and get them well. My communication is even good and I can handle employees very well. In this profession it is very important to be calm and cultured and I have all this skill to work in Hr environment.

SELF SATISFACTION:

Working as an HR will give me satisfaction because this is what I want to do my profession career. I have full interest in department and things which is interesting to one, will increase the interest in work and the work done by a person will be the best. So, this will give me full satisfaction if I get this profession.

CONCLUSION:

I am all set to start my professional career as an HR. I have prepared my self regarding this. I have started applying for job on different websites like indeed, LinkedIn, etc. I have a lot of faith that I can get this job but if not possible, there are many more career which can be pursued.

INTRODUCTION:

I am discussing on the company called FASHION FOOTWEAR. This is the company introduced by me. We deal in fashionable footwears for women, men and kids. As we all know footwear is an important part of one’s attire. We have different types of shoes, sandals, heals etc. We carry various collections of footwear. FASHION FOOTWEAR is having its stores in Toronto and Vancouver. Even it has its product available online on the websites with all the details.

PRIMARY TARGET MARKET:

Ever company have their target audiences and we have kept are more focus on women footwear, so are primary target market is on ladies footwear from the age of 19 to 40 years and that to upper class. Footwear are used for all the purpose and women like to have the most stylish footwear, with vast collection. As we all know most of the profit comes from 20% of customers who make 80% of the purchase.

SECONDARY TARGET MARKET:  

Are secondary target market involves Men and Kids. We also have footwears for male and kids as we all know to survive in the market it is essential to move along with the market competition. So, it is necessary to keep all kinds of product in the market.

Instagram is one of the platform where we can get all kinds of customers and we can promote are product on it very easily by creating a page and once people are following you it is easy for us to make are communication with them simpler by updating various product, activities, offers etc., using hashtags for the important things attack customers.

Facebook is one of the most common social networks all around the world. It is one of the best ways to promote your product all over the world to expand your business. As Facebook allow us to make your business account and raise your product. By creating the brand page and updating post on it is easy for the customer to follow and get more information, as in Facebook people can communicate with each other about the brand loyalty.

TWITTER:

Twitter is the platform for the company to maintain its good reputation. As people trust this website and they believe that it promotes valuable brands. Twitter help us to promote international wise as all reputed personalities are present there. It is also one of the ways we can give small messages to our customers by which they can be attracted.

OBJECTIVE OF CAMPAIGN:

Campaign is one of the ways by which we can come close to our audiences and provide them with full information about the company. Local audiences can be aware of the product available with the brand. Different types of rewards should be given to the customers so that they are attached with us always.

EDITORIAL CALENDAR:

Frequency of the uploading post on social media for the first week will be twice a week about the discount and offers provided the company. In the second week the company will give 30% off discount. Once in a week company can give customers cash back offers online. In the third week company post its new designs twice a week.

TOOLS TO MEASURE ITS PROGRESS:

Hootsuite and Google Analytic are tools to measure  Hootsuite can calendar and screen the post on various online networking On Hootsuite we can quantify its encouraging by checking the diagram reports and Google Analytics is a free examination administration where we can follow the traffic of site exercises like, ricochet rate, pages per session and the transformation of some viable channels.

It is the process of promoting your brand with the help of the customers. In this companies organize campaign for the customers to take part. People are given different objectives to perform different task and upload pictures or videos and whoever has a good and viral video or picture are awarded with different things. Even our company organize this type to encourage customers and get attracted towards the brand. The goal of the UGC is to make maximum profit from the customers with the help of the customers. As in this activity people are involved so the new customers are a bit satisfied before buying this product because they think people will promote the brand when they are happy with it.
